Great vitamin
Love this. Seems to have helped a little with muscles and digestion, but I've only been on it about 1 week

Night Shifters Miracle
I’m a night shift nurse and this has helped me regulate my sleep schedule without that awful hangover feeling. I suffered from muscle cramps as well and this helped with all that. It keeps me relaxed before bed and helps me sleep loner and deeper from the glycinate portion which is just the right dose for someone who is sensitive to medications that make you sleepy.

I was having some really hard time sleeping and I heard that magnesium was good for relaxation. Hands down the best thing that I've taken to help me sleep in a long time. After the second night I laid down and it seems like within seconds then I woke up. I slept 9 hours straight. and I looked exactly how I looked when I went to sleep because I did not toss and turn. I had the best sleep and such a long time
