Worked great, cold packs are pretty thick and I was able to rotate the 2 packs included every 30-45 mins. The jock strap held everything tight, so I had really no pain walking around as long as I took it easy. A little pricey for what it is, but it helped a lot so definitely worth.

I was required to wear a jockstrap for 8-10 days after my procedure, just to make sure the healing process was on track and nothing down there was moving around. The ice pack and built in pocket were highly effective and very convenient and comfortable. I don’t recall if it came with 2 ice packs or just 1, but I ended up with 2 ice packs and I’d highly recommended that you do the same. Other ice packs might work, but these are shaped so that they fit the pouch like a glove. Very durable and no issue with leaks. Stays cold for about 30-40 minutes. You will want to swap out the ice packs about every hour. Price was fair compared to similar products. I may give it a try this summer just to see how it feels in the Texas heat.

I bought these and the boxer brief version because I wasn't sure sure which I'd like better, and ive never worn a jock, but these worked out better, wore them under regulamboxer briefs for the weekend. I wear boxer briefs daily so thought I'd like that version of Undeez better, but the boxer brief version have a horizontal seam right across the area that you just had stitched and made it uncomfortable, so this jock version wins in that regard. Sizing worked ok, I bought a medium as I'm ~32in waist and they're maybe a little narrow but did the job. The 2 ice packs was great, but I was glad to have a total of 4 (since 2 also came with the Undeez boxer briefs i also bought). I spwmt the weekend trying to stay as horizontal a spossible or legs raised (Dr recommendation) and iced basically 30mins on 30 off, rotating through 4 ice packs for the first 2 days and kept from any serious swelling/bruising, and was good to go after. I did keep wearing these for the rest of the week for extra support just without the icepacks. The ice packs don't last real long, but also is useful that stay slightly flexible/moldable, you can sort of cup them into position. These 100% helped ensure a quick recovery, and saved from having to rotate through crushed ice in a baggie or struggling with correct placement with a bag of frozen corn/peas. Do it.

Great fit. Soft fabric. Good value. Only downside, in my opinion, is that you are supposed to hand wash and hang dry.

These are great, I had my vasectomy on 11-20-25 and I'm back at work feeling fine on 11-23. I can still tell I had some work but nothing painful. The ice pack is great quality, no breaking like others have said but I will say this, get some more because 2 are not enough. One pack cools for about 45min and takes probably 4 or 5 hours to freeze. I was dreading the first dump after the surgery, I sat down over the toilet and let the jewels dangle and said nope that hurts, I put the undeez back on and was able to dump without cupping the jewels. Super comfortable and convenient. Made recovery smooth and fast. Keeps the boys high and tight for better relief after surgery. Was even able to walk around with the ice pack tucked in.

This definitely works as advertised - keeps everything well supported and iced. But at the end of the day, it's literally a jockstrap. An expensive jockstrap. A jockstrap with "Undeez" written in big letters right in front, so you won't want to use it ever again. A jockstrap that makes odd popping noises when you put it on, like maybe it's coming apart at the seams. Maybe just buy a regular jockstrap instead? Then when you finally enroll in that martial arts class you've been thinking about, you'll have a jockstrap.

They do work. Ice packs are useful

My recovery was smooth and I largely attribute to this underwear. I was initially hesitant to wear a jockstrap, but this is a must. I’m a doctor myself, and I was able to go back to work 4 days later. I wore the jockstrap under normal underwear for about a week and used it the first few times returning to sport. I’m normally a size 32 waist and I wore the medium. Don’t hesitate!

Product is well designed and well made. Being able to rotate through ice packs is perfect. The degree of relief provided, dollar for dollar, is unparalleled. As an aid for getting through a very difficult weekend I cannot stress how helpful this was.
