Fast,hot,east and cheap
This was such a great buy. Coffee is hot and fast. So easy to use and you can switch from pods to coffee grounds if you want to change it up. It is easy to fill/empty the basket out after it has been used. They give you a basket and a spoon to make it easy to fill and clean. I like using all type of coffee grinds and pods and even tea! Coffee taste amazing now compared to my old pot which started to taste like burnt plastic. The noise is not loud at all, at least to. Im glad for that.

Dont order outside the USA
The voltage on the description is wrong. It wont work in europe. Its not 230v. Its only 120v. Will cause a house fire if I plug it in. They send you a boat anchor only for you to have the hassle of doing a return. If you like doing returns, this product is for you. Also it may be for you even if you dont like returns but do like house fires.

Not impressed and makes a mess
You get what you pay for. It is hard to get the right amount of water in the reservoir because the line doesn’t show until you are past it. The holder for the cup has a sharp part in it so be careful when you wash it. It cut my finger on it while cleaning. The cups are not easy to get out of the holder because it is flush with the top. And when the coffee is being made it flies everywhere. Plus it is not very hot.
