XTPTFABS Lower Steering Column Bearing Compatible with 1966-1972 1973-1979 Ford Trucks F150 F250 and 1976-1979 Broncos

Great price and good quality worked perfect on my 1970 f100 steering column and it's a million times better then the plastic ones they came with from the factory.

I bought this bearing for my mopar column when I shortened the lower end for header clearance. Simple install, disassemble the column, cut the outer casing and the shaft to the correct length, install the bearing by drilling holes in the case to match mounting screws and reassemble the column.

Fitment is great, no need to modify to install. Helped tighten up the woble from stock design. Good quality.

The one I ordered came with a 6203-rs bearing. A 6203-rs is a 17x40x12 bearing. At 17 mm it is too small to fit over the 3/4 inch steering shaft in my 1979 F-250. 3/4 of an inch in millimeters is 19.05mm. There are 19.5x40x12 bearings available. Stupidly, their part number is 6203-2rs. Whoever commented and said this had an aluminum center that they easily sanded must've gotten a different one than mine, because mine is a regular hard bearing material and I'm not going to sand it. I ordered the right bearing and put in the aluminum piece this company made.

Perfect fit for 64-65-66 Mustang when I added a rag joint. Would also work to use original column for mustang ii upgrade. 2-1/8 OD x 3/4 ID. Much better deal than what the early mustang supply houses are asking.

The bearing is smooth, quality is good, the size is correct at ID .75 inch or 19mm. I have purchased the much more expensive steering column lower bearing and for the price I think this one is a steal. Fit in a 79 f150 steering column perfectly.

Purchased for a Mustang column with 3/4" shaft since reviews said would work. Pulled column and test fit, but no-go. Measured with a mic and got .746" Inner Dia. Not enough for my shaft to slide through and after reading reviews there are a number of occurrences where there were inconsistencies in measurement. It's a quality part and looks fantastic, but not happy with fitment. May have to take another customers advice and buy and press in the correct size bearing.

I bought this to build a steering column for my 69 f100 using parts from three different columns. It fits perfectly and having a sealed bearing will ensure this part will outlive me and maybe even outlive the truck
