I can use it on the back of my neck and across my shoulders sitting or doing daily chores. I flip it over to the vinyl side for deeper soothing on my soon to have surgery knee. Flexible, just the right weight and size. I can put it around my upper arm as well. Excellent product. Highly recommend. I use it several times a day. Freeze overnight. Refreeze after each use 3-4 hours. Cold lasts 20-35 minutes. Can't brag this one up enough. Price reasonable too.
