I put it together in about 10 hours over a couple of days. One piece of advice is to read each part of the build a few times and keep the nuts, bolts and washers in the blister pack as you're going along. Best to check the bolt lengths accurately as there are a few that are of a similar length. Very quiet and smooth operation. My son is a gym goer and was very impressed with the quality of a machine that does so many exercises on one piece of kit compared to the gym's one machine for each exercise. The only fault was a bit of staining on the concrete/ cement filled weights, but this was mostly cleaned off with white vinegar and then hosed down with water. Once the side panels are fitted you can't see a lot of the weights anyway. Review: Decent machine - It took me about 10 hours to put together on my own. One hour of that was unpacking everything! Machine works ok but when you increase weight it can over stress the shoulders **Q: Can you add more weights to the stack** A: I don't believe you can add more weight officially but if you can get hold of the open weights then I don't see why not. It's a great gym great value for money and there's more than enough weight for me, however I'm not body building, just maintaining.
