Got scratched bluray. Not readable by my blu ray player.After contacting customer care they resolve my issue instantly. Thanks to Amazon for taking care of customers. Kudos

Sound - 8/10Picture - 8/10Packaging: 4/10 (Cover design, On-disc design, Paper print quality & Overall physical quality)Movie - 7/10Disappointed with the cover art print quality as well as the condition it was delivered in. It felt as if the cover was exposed to water and dried up later. But a good disc with picture perfect transmission makes up for it.
