These are slimy, so green they're almost black, and sour. Taking my first dose I kind of couldn't believe they'd make gummy vitamins this sour. Now I look forward to taking them! They're nice and soft, don't make me feel like throwing up, and the flavor kick is a bit fun. I can understand how these would be polarizing, but I enjoy my sour goth gummies a lot. Most importantly, it's a choline supplement I can actually take when I couldn't keep pills down. So 5/5, I'm very happy I found these.

My wife has been taking during pregnancy and likes it. We know choline has been shown to have positive effect on brain health of child during pregnancy, as recommend by ACOG, and she couldn’t get the increased amount needed through her diet or prenatals. This is also one of the few gummy options out there that is much more palatable than taking large pills (she’s already taking several of those for her prenatal). Flavor is a bit tart and the gummies do stick as others have said, but not a big issue for us.

I've ordered three bottles of this supplement so far. The first was fine, very very sour but edible. Better than swallowing a pill in my opinion. The second and third bottle the gummies were extremely sticky to the touch and tasted strongly of dust. They smelled rotten and after a few days the gummies were creating a sticky pool at the bottom of the bottle. I ended up trashing both bottles. I don't know if they changed their formula or not but as it is I wonder if there might be an issue with quality control and I worry that eating them will harm my health.

Not many choline gummies out there, better than a pill, but quite tart - so don't expect a sweet little yummy gummy

I read these are good for your brain, and they taste like sour apple candy. Two a day, and I feel like it's a treat more than a vitamin.

I don't love the way these taste--I'm very pro-gummy supplements because they're easier to take but the taste is so bad I have a hard time with it. I'm hoping they'll grow on me as I need a choline supplement, but we'll see. They're cheaper than the other options, so that's also a plus.

I got these along with gummy multivitamina when I had horrible pregnancy nausea and could no longer stomach a pill. I was a war head, lemon drop, sour candy loving kid, and these are still unpleasantly sour. I'm assuming that's to cover up some horrible taste, so it's bearable. It gets me and my baby nutrition, so it does the job. I'm on my third bottle now

I am taking more choline for pregnancy and I really enjoy these. It's not a chore to eat a vitamin. they are a little sour (think sour apple) but I enjoy the flavor and like these as much as my other gummy vitamins. This was the only gummy choline I found. I have some pills that I will use so as not to waste, but once those are gone, i'll continue with these. I'm glad I found them.
