Yes. I have 2 adults cats both over 11lbs that use this. They love it. Both cats can fit in the top bed together.

What is the length of the top perch? Thank-you

The top perch is 23.5 long (side to side) and 18.5 wide (front to back). Plenty of space for more than one cat to snuggle or a very large cat to sleep comfortably!

What are the length, width, and height of the bottom cubby? Also, what is the width and height of the opening?

14 x 14 x 11H. Opening is 10 x 10, although perhaps just a shade more because it’s a cloth opening. Posts are on either side behind the cloth, you may get 11 across between the posts

Can a 16lb cat fit in the cubby?

My 17# cat loves the top cub. He likes to roll from Side to side batting his brother a 24# Bishon dog fighting with him from the top. I have 2 of these and my cat and dog play hard on them hours every day. They sleep on the top of each one looking out the windows every afternoon. This is a sturdy fun toy. If your little loves decide to use it. I purchased the first at the end of 2019 and the second soon after. I’m thinking time for new due to wear and chews. They have jumped on it so many times I don’t think I can tighten the poles, although I will add extra screws when these 2 are relocated. Front room gets the new ones. Looking forward to a allergy friendly version with more wood or a carpet that is less fuzzy.
