I’ve tried a lot of ready-to-drink protein shakes over the years, and I keep coming back to the Muscle Milk Pro Series. At this point I’ve ordered nearly every flavor they offer—vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and this Cookies ’n Creme version—and they’ve all been consistently good. The Cookies ’n Creme flavor is smooth, creamy, and tastes more like a dessert shake than a typical protein drink. The texture is thick enough to feel satisfying without being overly heavy, and it’s best served very cold. For a shake with 32 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar, the flavor is surprisingly enjoyable. Nutritionally it’s also very practical. The high protein content makes it great after workouts, but I also use it when I need something quick between meals. It’s filling enough to keep hunger in check and the bottles are easy to grab on the go. There may be a few protein drinks out there that edge it out slightly on taste, but none that I’ve found offer this kind of variety in flavors while still delivering strong protein content. Having several flavor options makes it easy to rotate them so you don’t get tired of the same one. Simply, this is one of the most reliable ready-to-drink protein shakes I’ve found. Good flavor, great protein content, and enough variety to keep things interesting.

Great price point and you can select whatever flavor you want and it comes right to your front door so you don’t have to rely on the grocery store to make sure they have the flavor and number you want. I ordered 3 cases of different flavors. We will definitely shop here again.

Tastes great and is great for some quick protein! Would purchase again! Even better when you catch them on sale!

This does not taste like cookies and cream. It has flavor of something else. It is filling like the other flavors and has a thinner consistency. Will not purchase again.The price is also the same as the others but not the quality.

Good flavor and great protein

Happy to get the protein, but this is not a great flavor. I found it overly sweet, and while I will finish the carton, I will not buy this flavor again.

Every “want to be athlete” would love this flavor over the typical “powder and water” drink. Easy to take and good source of protein. Please watch expiration recommendation and best when cold. Good amount of protein and sugars for a balanced performance drink.
