It makes cleaning so much simpler.

I make so much money off this. It does such a great job and so much easier compared to all the sets of rods that snap or screw together I kept buying and breaking. This one seems like its gonna last forever. If you clean dryer vent you have to buy this. Update: head broke off :(

Great product great brush it was just that the round headed brush does not go around 90° turns too well and it's just a little bit too abrasive because some of the dryer vents are old school and can break easily this is more of a high end vent cleaner for steel not for aluminum. Great product though.

Should be a great product, but doesn't go around 90 degree, so unless you only clean straight runs, stay away and save $500!!

Rarely am I truly flabbergasted by how horrible a product is, especially a product which is machined by professionals. Someone really put effort into making this product but had never cleaned a duct in their entire life. This tool will absolutely go into your duct and clean the pipe of lint, but it will not come out. The bristle end comes out a little bit when you pull it out of the duct and a black edged knob on the end sticks out just enough to mutually conspire together to catch the ridges inside any 90 degree ducting coupling. This is clearly only made for a strait pipe with no 90 degree elbows as it is not possible to drag the brush back through a 90 once you get it through. But if all you have is strait pipe then why would you pay 400 dollars for a commercial tool when a commercial tool is supposed to go around 90s with ease? With the instructions partially in German I think maybe this is meant for European style ducting? Who knows, all I know is you with the commercial apartment building thinking this will help clear your ducts run as far away as you can!
