Good for protection of surfaces
As previous reviewers have commented, they are thin and flimsy, but are ideal for use as protection when placing plant pots and flower vases on polished and painted surfaces. Being a natural product they blend in anywhere. Perfect for me. A very good price in my view and delivered quickly.

These are quite thin and could be easily torn so treat with respect. They do give adequate heat protection.

Useful genuine cork mats
These mats are genuine cork, but they are very thin, So I need two to be on the safe side with putting a hot saucepan on them. But ok to use one if only a warm container to be put on it.

Save your money! These placemats are shockingly thin and useless. I would d have given no stars if that were possible.
