It does pack more than usual clamshell. And I personally love the colour. I’m really glad it’s not a bright white. Someone said it’s more putty or bone white. I will add it could be described as Ash white. A great neutral colour that goes with my favourite tan, taupe and beige palette. I actually sat on it to rest and wait for a train (as per demonstration video) and it was completely intact. Useful for future waits needed where there is no seating! A great buy as I got it in the Amazon prime day sale too.

Very nice for travel. It beats the clamshell style suitcases easily. No more trying to deal with a suitcase opening up and stuff falling out or just generally being annoying.

It’s light, quite easy to open with one hand and very spacious inside.

I ordered a green suitcase but got a cream coloured one instead. Didn’t get to change it as it was needed for a holiday shortly after delivery. Although it wasn’t the colour I ordered, it was very good quality and I am happy with it. About to use it again. It holds quite a lot.

Strong and beautiful

it looks like these tsa zipper are designed to have the plastic head zip come off. I would not buy any suitcase that has this kind of zipper. Basically, the suitcase is useless now. I am unable to contact the seller directly to raise this concern as I can't get through the automated robotic agent. Amazon is also unhelpful on this issue. The suitcase is only 5 months old and has been on one holiday trip.

Lightweight, easy to pack, very maneuverable.

I bought the carry-on first, it's expensive but worth it. The 26” was on sale, had to get too. Can't wait to flaunt these babies on my next trip 😍

Switched to a standard hard-case suitcase in the hopes it would last longer than the large soft-sided luggage my wife and I have had before. The downside of standard hard-case luggage is they open down the middle. This requires twice the floor space in a hotel or guest bedroom to open and "live out of" the luggage during a trip. The Hanke design puts the opening on the side so that accessing all of your luggage can be done with half the footprint/space of most hard-case suitcases. We were worried that the 26" size (largest Hanke sells) would cost us a lot of space over the 28" standard hard-case suitcase we bought before it but find it to be plenty of room.

UPDATE: I went on our two week trip with this suitcase along with two of their 14" underseats, and it was perfect! The two 14" would easily fit under the seat in front of us when there was no room up above so we didn't have to worry about our carry-ons fitting anywhere when we boarded the plane. The green 24" suitcase was checked and there isn't even a scuff on it, you'd never know it went anywhere. I love how the top opens, it makes accessing and packing the suitcase so easy. I met one other lady on the trip that had the very same green suitcase, it was an immediate bond lol. I'm replacing all of our old luggage with this style, it's a dream to have and the quality is top-notch! This suitcase is stunning, I ordered the green and it's gorgeous. I ordered this suitcase because of how the top opens up. Instead of the suitcase unzipping around the middle, it's just the top that opens like a traditional soft sided suitcase and I love it. It's roomy inside and I just love everything about it. I'm taking a trip in a few weeks, I will write an update about how well it does with the baggage handlers :D

I wanted a suitcase that was not a clamshell and yet had plenty of space. I took this on a 16 day trip to Japan and it held everything I needed. It was easy to push and held up through baggage handling. I definitely recommend this suitcase.

Sturdy and has good wheels. Love the trunk style because you can pack so much more. Easy to clean too.

La valigia sembra molto bella e robusta; non l'ho ancora usata ma lo farò presto per un imminente viaggio in Spagna. La cosa più interessante che ha risiede nel fatto che non si apre nel mezzo a conchiglia ( occupando un doppio spazio rispetto alle sue dimensioni da chiusa) ma consente, quando si arriva nella stanza dell hotel, di appoggiarla sul letto ( o suo apposito sgabello) e di aprirla da sopra senza dividere le due metà ( per intenderci bene, è come se fosse un bauletto con il coperchio): per me di una comodità impagabile. Anche le routine, il manico telescopico di varie lunghezze sembrano di ottima fattura.
