As someone who is dealing with SIBO i thought id give these a go along with many other probiotics i have tried in the past. These are the only ones i have tried where i had 0 effect positive or negative could have been taking sugar pills for all i know. Always weary of buying probiotics on amazon due to them being stored in there warehouses for a unknown amount of time but they dont say they need refrigerating so unsure if that could be the reason why. maybe a bad batch or i was somehow immune to there effects. In short if you're spending this sort of money there are better alternatives.
