I left it on for 3 hours too. I know some people have managed to get it working but at my end its just not playing ball at all. Tried moving it about on the base. I am using it with an IPhone 5s.Tried removing the case couple times and re inserting in case wasn't connecting right but just goes dead after few minutes of blue indicator.updateSeller contacted me and sent out another and that am pleased worked.
