Perfect makeup base for mature skin
I really like this product! It provides nice coverage & skin care all at the same time. I bought 2 different shades to mix for a good match to my skin tone. I apply it like a face cream with my fingers & then pat it out with a damp or dry beauty blender. Barely needs any setting powder! I highly recommend this for mature skin.

It covers well
I’m very fussy with my cc cream and foundation so I never give 5stars but this is pretty good

I'm in the fence...
I have used it CC Cream for years but I'm very much over paying more than $40 for it and wanted to try other options. I researched reviews, ingredients, color matching ad nauseum prior to purchasing this CC Cream in Fair. However, I still don't know how I feel about it. It's really more of a 2.5 star rating - right in the middle. My combination skin is acne prone, fair and sensitive. I live in New England. My skin goes dry in winter. Painfully so at times. I have scarring from past issues with breakouts but I finally have a handle on what works for my skin. The pros: 1. It's definitely a full coverage CC Cream which, IMO, equals a light/medium coverage foundation. With the CC part, the heavy hand isn't needed since my pink complexion is neutralized instantly; 2. This caused no breakouts at all with not only introducing a new product but then using it multiple times afterwards - yay!; 3. It has staying power. My face stayed put through out the day and there was very little creasing around my eyes, nose, mouth. I only used a little concealer touch up here and there but that happens with every product I use. There's no such thing as any foundation looking like it did 12/14/16 hours before. I don't care what anyone says. Now the not so positive: 1. It is too matte for me. I don't need to glow in the dark, but I prefer some shimmer to give a little bit of a lighter feel to my face (this is personal preference and what works best for my skin). I've tried mixing it with moisturizer and it didn't do it for me. Matte makeup on me looks horrible, like I'm dead, since my skin can be dry and it ends up looking cakey; 2. The shade. This is NOT Fair. It's a full step up, if not more. See the pics. My face doesn't quite match my neck and getting it out of my gray hairline was a pain. There's a color swatch on my arm. My arm is fair. The CC Cream is most definitely not; 3. The formula doesn't blend too well, either. It dried up way too soon after applying and that led to patches/streaks (when the too dark shade becomes more problematic). Considering the amount of blending it takes, I should have, well, blended perfection. I'm used to it CC Cream which goes on and blends like a dream. This is NOTHING like that but not because of product quality. I do not believe that price determines a product's worth. The majority of my staples are from Cetaphil, Cerave, e.l.f., Naturium, etc. There is no reason a $10 CC Cream can't be amazing. It's just that this one isn't for me. I will absolutely retry this again as the weather gets warmer. In the summer, my complexion is a smidge darker and my skin isn't as dry. Maybe it'll be perfect then?? If it is, I'll update my review. I'm cautiously optimistic and I'm definitely rooting for this little They/Them. I think this would be perfect for oily skin types that want/need the mattifying effects. If you have dry or even combo skin, you'll need to lube up your face to use this CC cream. I prefer a more natural look, using make up to accentuate, not obfuscate. For the winter, at least, this isn't it.

Perfect IT Cosmetics dupe
I’ve been looking for a less expensive alternative to IT Cosmetics matte foundation and I believe I actually like this better. The coverage is great, it wears well all day, and it has a little better feel. Definitely recommend!

Color quality effect on skin value of money texture thickness
This pic is me after trying to use powder to cover up the orange never faded into my skin color (( fair 10c )) it’s the lightest they have I’m a cool tone clear light winter 47 yrs old not a lot of issues yet For reverence If you are a pale spring (warm clear tone) Or autum (muted tone) definitely use a brush not fingers put a lot of lotion on then it might work for you I think this would be better at a dollar store I’m a big makeup/skin care lover yes my expense is 97 percent higher products but always willing to find great products at great prices this is not one of them.. in the bottle it matched my pricer foundation not on skin stayed orange I let it sit 30-mins beyond ridiculous I should know better to try a cheaper version You know what I’m talking about girls All these cc creams that come up on our feed ..admit it ..you’ve tried to go cheaper …they promise you expensive things But fail -drying -cakey -doesn’t hide anything -shade is orangy Ok I’ll admit it I’ve been there a few times lately with all these creams in my feed But here I am again crawling back To my other higher price makeup
