When I opened the package, I immediately said aloud, "Wow, this smells yummy." I made miniature puddings using a silicone muffin liners and a muffin tin, following the recipe in the product listing. Wish the pudding mix came with printed recipes or just this basic pudding recipe on the package.Prepare the muffin tin. You can make 7-8 muffin-sized portions.Add enough brown sugar just to cover the bottom of each muffin liner.Measure out 600 mL of room temp water into a small saucepan.Add 7 tbsp of pudding powder.Heat over medium heat on the stove. Stir with a whisk until there is no powder left and wait until the mixture bubbles.Remove from the heat and strain into a container you can pour from.Pour about 1 tbsp of the hot pudding mixture into each muffin liner. Stir each well with a spoon until brown sugar is dissolved. Don't spend too long, or else the hot pudding mix in the container will start to congeal.Fill the muffin liners the rest of the way with pudding mix.Let cool to room temp.Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill for 3-4 hours.The resulting pudding was very smooth and had just enough sweetness. Yummy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is fairly easy and quick to make once you copy a recipe and convert from metric. *by C***R on May 7, 2024* This 2.2lb resealable package of Flavmore Pudding Powder Mix from Taiwan just needs water or milk to make various kinds of hot or cold vanilla, custard puddings. There are no recipes on the package but some are listed in the photo section as well as 2 recipe videos for 5 varieties. You will have to copy the recipes and do the math if you don’t use metric. I made the no cook pudding smoothie in a blender with pudding powder, almond milk, and ice. I put caramel sauce around the sides of my serving dish. Although it didn’t come out thick like the video showed, it was good and tasted like melted ice cream. The cooked recipe using milk came out somewhat stringy but quickly thickened in the fridge to an egg custard although I had to add more sugar to sweeten it. I think the stringiness was due to the fact that I overcooked it to make sure it thickened. I will keep that in mind next time.
