No go on the unflavored version
I've been using this brand for years based on a doctor recommendation. Generally speaking the product itself is amazing!! Highly recommend. Helps with migraines, sleep and a bunch of other magnesium deficiency issues you might have. I've always purchased the wild berry. It's very sweet so I switched to the pills when they released that option last year. They are a higher cost/unit so while I love the convenience, I thought I'd try the unflavored powder. I am not a fan at all. It's not completely tasteless. It changes your water to a chalky flavor. Even in a flavored water I could taste it. It's so bad, I haven't been taking it at night before bed. I have an entire container to get through though! IMO, go with the flavored powder or get even better choice, purchase the pills. Giving 4 stars bc of the flavor. Debated on 3 but all else is fine with the product and generally love it.

You need this for better sleep, stress management and focus
My doctor recommended this to help improve sleep during pregnancy, and it truly works. After trying it both with and without, I can confidently say I’ll never sleep without it again. The difference in my sleep quality is noticeable. I fall asleep more easily, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling genuinely rested with fewer hours of sleep. I also use it during times of heightened stress, and it consistently helps me stay calm, focused, and centered. It’s become an essential part of both my nighttime routine and overall wellness.

Really works for anxiety, mood regulation and sleep
Recommended by a Dr., I used to only be able to get it from their office. It is amazing that I can order from Amazon. It is life changing for anxiety and sleep problems. You don't have to use the large scoop included, that amount can upset your stomach. Start with a small amount and increase until anxiety and mood gets better. I will use this forever.

Helps with sleep for littles
My daughter has a terrible time sleeping, something like this was recommended! It really seems to help and she likes the flavor. So that’s a plus!
