Authentic coconut milk
For exceptional quality coconut milk, this was a great choice: no fillers or sweeteners. Excellent for using in your smoothie to deliver intense flavors and creamy texture. The fat does separate from the watery part but that is characteristic of natural product. Otherwise adding emulsifiers to improve the blended quality would lower health benefits.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
Unfortunately this product gets zero stars! (I had to choose 1 star to write the review) When I opened one can of my 6pack order, the smell was hideous. It had the appearance of being shiny like some kind of oil was added to it. Like a petroleum smell was mixed with the initial hideous smell when I opened the can. There were huge clumps that would not break up. The color of the product had a greyish tint. It was rancid. Since its food, I am unable to get my money back. These days where costs are higher than ever; we expect to receive a great product, even if it comes from overseas. I am very disappointed Amazon. I did see one other review that was similar to mine, but for some reason I didn't believe it to be true. This product needs to be removed from Amazon.

Good creme content great texture & flavor
I love this coconut milk, is very creamy, I bought two cases, however one can smelled like rotten eggs when opened and I had to throw it away.

Good for You Ice Cream? Yes!!
I ordered this to make some home made ice cream and it tastes wonderful!!! SO creamy and just the right amount of sweetness! I have some of the third can left over so I will be using it in my coffee! No cans were dented.

Change od Doet
Never knew i would right a review on organic anything. But life changes and we adjust. Had to move away from dairy products this was one suggested in research. Wife made a dish that normally causes for cream or milk. It was amazing. Learning new healthier eating habits. Its a journey but one that gets me healthier.

Best to buy coco milk in bulk!
Great coconut milk for decent price. I love this ingredient for rice, frijoles, all sorts of Central American recipes. Yumm...
