Is this board easy to cut to required shape and aslo can you plaster onto surface once installed?

Yes, it’s very easy to cut. It’s similar to cutting thick cardboard on each side and blue stuff in the middle is very soft. I used a new Stanley knife and it worked just fine. I didn’t plaster onto it, as I was tiling, but would imagine that it is good for plastering.
