Q: Do you see the individual diodes through the diffuser?

This type of channel is not deep type ,so you will see the dot from the diffuser when lighting . if you do not want to see the dot , you need to find a deep type channel and use 120led/meter strips

Q: What type of plastic?

Not sure if it’s acrylic or what, but it fits perfectly in the track and diffuses the light very well

Q: Can I get clear instead of milky? If so, I need 13 10 packs to cover 830ft.

Q: Can these be attached with velcro to perimeter of a mirrored wall ?

There is no reason why Velcro would not work. The back is flat and clean so the adhesive would work. You would only need a number of smaller tabs.
