Perfectil Vitabiotics Plus Dual Pack - 56 Tablets

I don’t usually review or post my opinion or even rate products. But this one has changed my skin dramatically. I started to get maskne since covid has started, i tried so hard to keep my skin without breakouts, but nothing really worked except for some topical creams that worked just for the moment, Once i stopped applying those topical creams, breakouts came back even worse. Until i came through these supplements!!! The first 2 weeks or so of having them, my body was trying to understand whats going on, my skin was “purging”, in week 3 my skin started to clear up, I didn't know that it cleared up because of these supplements until i ran out! (After i ran out of perfectile one pimple showed up! ). So i ordered my self another pack. And im currently on my second pack. And im loving my skin. But I still have some post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation that i still need to treat topically. Hopefully by the time i finish my current pack the spots will be faded. As of now, my skin is clear of acne and im happy about it :) Oh and about my hair, i haven't noticed anything honestly. My nails definitely got a bit harder. I would highly recommend these supplements for better skin.

My skin used to break out every other day. I tried every single product in the market no joke. All acne creams/facial soaps/toners, you name it, nothing worked. I think within 2 weeks of using this daily, my skin cleared up and my nails grew strong. Worth a try for sure.

Have been using this for years, and it has an obvious effect on my skin, which becomes more smooth. On top of that it also helps on my poor knee, which has surprised me a bit, but every time , I run out of the tablets, I have problems with my knee.

Really nice vitamins that opens appetite and promote clear skin when you drink a lot of water. This works for me.

After reading reviews everywhere on the internet before purchasing this product I noticed a pattern emerging. People who took these supplements for 3 weeks or less gave the worst reviews simply because they do not understand that you don't magically get results overnight or in 3 weeks for that matter! I decided to trial these for 3 months and then offer my findings in a review and so here it is! *** About me: *** Female 26 years old Some medical issues due to having PCOS *** Why I decided to start taking these supplements: *** I had started to recede on my hairline and my face and back were covered in nasty outbreaks of spots. I also had very dull blotchy skin due to stress and illness. I wanted something to help me look fresh again and boost my confidence so I had a look around and found these supplements. *** Price: *** Once I decided I wanted these supplements, I ordered them on a subscription which was cheap at only just over £10 per month for the 2 types of supplements (The original Micronutrient Tablets and the Nurti-dermal Capsules). They get delivered at the end of every month without me having to remember which is really convenient for me. *** Taking the Supplements *** They are quite large tablets so if you struggle taking tablets then you may want to take this into account before purchasing them. They are very easy to fit into your lifestyle, you simply take them before or after you eat your Lunch or Dinner every day. I like to take them the same time I take my contraceptive pill because then you don't forget and they also have the days on the blister like my pill does which makes it even easier to track. *** The results *** (what you really want to know) ~ Hair: Before: My hair was receding quite badly and I had clumps fall out on the side of my head near my ears so when I had my hair tied back it looked very sparse! After: Now I have noticed my hair has grown again where it fell out on my hairline, It looks like I have a very thin 1 inch fringe at the minute but once it gets longer it will blend in with the rest of my hair. I have noticed my hair feeling fuller on the sides too and I can't see any patches like I used to either. My hair is growing very fast because I have blonde highlights and I have noticed I'm going to have to do my roots a little sooner than usual. Overall: my hair just feels in much better condition and people have commented how shiny and full it looks lately. ~ Skin: Before: Painful outbreaks and very dull After: I haven't really noticed anything yet with regards to my skin but I think this is because I have hormonal imbalances which cause my outbreaks but people have commented that I have a glowing face and I started to look very `well' so something must be working. I don't think I look as drab and dull as I did before. ~ Nails: Before: I've always had long nails that grow very fast but they were never very strong. After: If my nail bends it doesn't break! How cool is that, I used to have nails pinging off all over the place but now I can have a split in my nail and just paint over it with polish and it will grow out. I love doing my nails now because I know they will all stay the same long length till I decide I want to cut them. *** Overall: *** I have really enjoyed seeing the changes and I plan to keep my subscription to this product. I know once my medical issues have improved that this product will be a lot more effective on my skin but the changes in my hair have been magnificent! I would recommend this not only to women but to men also. I love my little fringe because it means that at 26 I don't have to just accept the fact it was gone and believe me, it was missing for a whole year before I decided to take these supplements. I am very happy to have tried these and also I wanted to give you a review to help you out with your decision. I bought these supplements in an effort to help my hair and nails grow before my wedding at the end of the year. I have also struggled with my skin for years, though no amount of products/treatments have worked before, so I didn't buy these with any expectations on that front. It is also worth mentioning that I started a new skincare routine around the same time I started taking these (Boots No.7, downgrading from pricer brands that didn't work either). However, I have noticed HUGE results in all areas. I am now into my third month of taking the supplements. My nails are growing long and strong, and the tips are noticeably whiter. My hair is very slow to grow, and whilst that doesn't appear to have changed, it feels a lot thicker and healthier, which is great as I have naturally fine hair. Even my notoriously unobservant other half commented it felt thicker and a grumpy office colleague said it looked really good. Better than all of those points though is my skin...it is the clearest it has been for years. Again, it could be No.7 that has made the difference, but it is looking really healthy considering I work in an office with no windows all week! It's given me that little bit of confidence that I have been lacking for years, and is a great (if shallow!) relief in the lead up to my wedding. If you can commit to taking tablets daily for a few months, it's worth a go!
