I purchased the Nutripro Mixer Blender and my overall experience with the product is good. Initially, the product worked quite well — it was efficient for daily use like making shakes, grinding, and blending. However, after some months (before completing one year), the product started having issues and stopped working properly. This was a bit disappointing. After verifying all the details, within 4–5 days I received confirmation that a replacement mixer had been dispatched, and it was delivered within the next 2–3 days. The old mixer was also picked up smoothly by the courier service. Overall, my issue was completely resolved within 7–8 days.
