My trainer recommended I get a stretch strap and I'm glad I did. I'm 6'2" and I have no problem using this strap, some other brands have height restrictions. I've had knee surgery twice now and this is really helping me during my rehab. The stretch guide card included is pretty cool to help with showing you how to use it effectively. A few of the other ones I've used have lacked the quality that this one has. Got one for my wife too, she uses it at Yoga and is pretty happy about it. This is a great fitness accessory that everyone should have.

We use a similar stretching strap during my Physical Therapy sessions for my back issues and my doctor recommended me to get one of these and stretch out at home in addition to our regular sessions. After looking into several options, I decided to choose this brand because I really liked the color and the quality looked good based on the pictures. I was right! It is very well-made and I love the way it looks! There is an instruction guide included in the package which includes pictures and clear step-by-step instructions. Carrying case was also included which is also nice to have.

After a hamstring pull several months ago, I had bought a Tyrovim stretching strap from Amazon. It worked well during rehab and since. I decided I'd like to have a strap at home and a second one at my squash club. I saw this one from Sector Plus, and it looked just like the Tyrovim (which had disappeared from Amazon) except for the color. It is - same construction, same materials, and same price. Needless to say, I'm happy with it. The strap is comfortable. It doesn't distort or stretch during exercises, and the handles are easier on my hands than a wholly fabric strap. The only reason for not giving it five stars is that I haven't used this long enough to verify its durability. I'll update later.

Work very good for different exercises

Even though I’ve only had a chance to use this stretching strap a few times, I enjoy using it for my yoga stretches. Below are some of my thoughts. Pros: - It is made out of good quality material and seems very durable - It came with a carrying pouch. Instruction guide was also included, which is good to have as I’m a beginner. - It is long and has many loops along its length Cons: - Can't think of any Overall, the stretch strap exceeded my expectations and I’m satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this item.

This is better than the strap I was using in PT after rotator cuff surgery. Very long and lots of loops to allow me to continue stretches after PT concluded. Would buy it again or recommend to a friend.

This strap has exceeded my expectations! It is durable, well sewn, and has enough length to accommodate many stretching positions. This is a MUST have!

Durable and soft material. Length and spacing of loops is perfect for me. I use it to stretch my IT band and am getting relief from bursitis.
