This back brace has been a life saver for my back pain. Anytime I feel extra slouchy, or can't get comfortable, I pop this brace on and experience almost immediate relief. I'm taking less Advil for back pain. I was about a 45in waist, 52 hips when I bought this and I had plenty of length to comfortably fit it around me. 10/10 would definitely buy again.

Oh My God, this universal sex Brace tightened up my lower back like a wooden board. I am stiff as a board in my lower back area and it feels amazing. It feels like a 2x6 wooden board had been used as a splint. Provides relief and feels amazing. I have a plus size frame, without any shame in my game. Thin my be in, but fat is where it is at. Anyway, I ordered mine with hopes it would be large enough to fit. It does, with way too much belt left over, once fastened. I could have gotten a 2x in this Brace Brand, and it would have been absolutely perfect, for me, personally. A benefit though it that the 3x provides and allows options on how loose you want it to be, dependent upon your back discomfort on various days. So this product is fine without returning it. Nevertheless, the 2x would have been an even more perfect size, because the fastening straps could have been tightened even further before losing the velcro fasteners that secure the belt in position. The 3x velco fastener straps, for me, minimize tightening of the brace because the velcro fasteners become non existent if they are pulled to tightly, before securing it in place with the velcro fasteners. The 3x is a little too big for me personally. I would love to order this again in 2x, but I cannot find one of this Brand in a 2x size. It snaps and locks everything in my lower torso area back together again. Amazing! Humpty Dumpty found something that all the Kings Horses, and that all the Kings Men could not do to put him back together again. I love it. Thank you JESUS.

OK so I love that it fits like it should based on the size i bought. It's rally easy to tighten as i lose weight. It's stiff and supportive where it needs it and flexible everywhere else. I still can't lean forward even when wearing it but it could just be the state of damage to my back not so much the product. Im able to sit with it easily and it really helps my pain. (I have degeneration in my spine and horrific pain as a result) Overall this is a great purchase and I'm happy.

I gave this 3 stars because it did not work for my back problem. It's too wide. The quality is good. If it came in a shorter width. I'd try it. If it had fit better, I would have given it 5 stars. Returned.

This thing has kept me from completely folding at work. It helps immensely with the pain.

I measured my waist it was 54 inches so I ordered the 3x lag one and didn't fit. We measured the back support and barely measured 53 inches. If youre going to get this order a bigger belt.

This is a very durable brace.exactly what I need for my current injury and physical therapy.its adjustable as well.

I love this back brace! I’m plus size (2x-3x), and Apple shape. So typically back braces are not made for my body type. However, this back brace fits true to its measurements and supports my back so well. I have chronic back problems and had a c section last year. So my back was constantly going out and I was in and out of the ER. But now I just wear this brace when I’m doing house work or caring for my toddler and it has helped so much! The Velcro is really strong, and I love that it has two extra straps around the outside to tighten it even more. Highly recommend.

Ich brauche einen Nierengurt der bei den Bewegungen beim arbeiten nicht verrutscht. Das macht der BraceUP sehr gut. Der Klettverschluß hält auch super. Ich bin zufrieden damit. Nur mit der Größe muß man aufpassen. Es steht aber auch schon in vielen anderen Bewertungen, das das Teil groß ausfällt. Darum habe ich es mir so bestellt das es knapp passen müsste und es passte auch dann. Früher habe ich mir wegen meinem Bauch immer die größte Ausführung bestellt. Das ist hier nicht nötig. Von mir klare Kaufempfehlung.

Arrived promptly,well constructed & gave me a lot of relief.I wear it more when sitting than standing mainly because due to the increased pressure on the spine when sitting. I loose stability & power temporarily in my legs when I standup from a sitting position.I found with this belt, that I don't have those symptoms which is great. I have been looking for a belt that fits me as I'm on the large side,& this is perfect For my size. The extra support straps are very useful when needed, reasonably priced, well made,great buy .
