Great pancake mix
I really enjoy this pancake mix. It's very sweet. So I tend to go half this mix and have a traditional pancake mix. The flavor and texture are great. It's a really fun pancake flavor variety

Really good but expensive
My kids and I love this stuff, makes great pancakes with a fun color, though I can't say that I really taste any ube, to me it's just yummy but regular pancake taste. It's also way too expensive for us to get this regularly, more like for a special occasion only. Hence the 1-star off.

You must try Ube Purple Pancakes and Waffles
Delicious change from the ordinary pancake mix! The flavor, the fluffiness, and good texture. Try both the waffles and pancakes with a scrambled egg on top. These ube mixes are great additions to breakfast and the kids will enjoy them too! I highly suggest trying this pancake mix.

Gross Flavor - not normal Ube.
We are loving everything Ube lately and was so excited to get the Ninong's Desert Lab Ube pancake and waffle mix and make some at home. Sadly, this product is barely edible. It has the strangest aftertaste flavor. We tried making it both with water and coconut or almond milk and both options were super gross. :(

It's ok. There was a different brand that came in a yellow box that was much better. This is kinda Ube flavored pancakes.

We got this to take camping with the grandkids. It is easy to use, delicious, a fun color, and a way to sneak a little nutrition in.
