Phone is great for kids, you can keep an eye on everything they do and control the time limit they get to be on the phone and needs your approval for any app they want to download.Customer service is great also..Shanin was alot or help getting the Sim card issue i had resolved. Thank you!!

This phone is amazing in assuring your child is being, browsing, and playing safely. We bought it for our Austic nephew. He can download any app he wants, BUT, you have control of approving or denying it. We set the security on his limitations for browsing. I love the added web browser that automatically let's him browse the web according to the age appropriate for him. His utube is also the same. If a video or song has strong lyrics, it pops up a message saying he can't watch it. We did not want the monthly plan because he can't write (for texts) or speak really well for calls. So I was pleasantly surprised when I messaged customer service and *Joy* helped me thru the process. You will need to buy the licensing fee agreement, but it's all worth it if you need a phone that you want full control of. Would definitely recommend this phone!

Pretty easy to set up. Comes with screen protector and case. The instructions are simple and the app works well; just make sure you refresh it so your changes or settings can reflect how you set them. I called customer support for a few questions and they (Joy) responded quickly, very helpful. Testing it out, all usage is reported in the app and it’s very limited to what your child can access. I’ll give an update in a few months.

Update:Celeste of three months of owning this phone we had to return it three times. The first phone was very slow, the second one would not hold charge, and the third one is not able to send text or place Kohl’s. In less than three months of being with Teracube, we were only able to use this phone handful of times because it has either been replaced or we’re waiting on a new SIM card.The customer support is pretty nice and trying to be helpful but not being able to call them right away is inconvenient. I decided to cancel my subscription and return the phone.This is an excellent phone for a younger child. I was not aware of its existence until another mom told me about it. My daughter had a couple kids watches for us to be able to locate her and get in touch with her. However, the watches would break within six months. We recently got her this phone. It seems to be durable, she can easily call or text us, she can get her favorite apps on this phone as well. And for me as a parent, it is easy to see what she is doing on the phone and have control of all the apps.We had a little bit of a technical issue with our first phone, but the customer support has been amazing. It was very easy to get in touch with them and the phone was replaced within a couple of days with no charge

These guys have a great product. This has become a game changer in parenting and parental control options. A special thank you to Joy who helped me over email and phone calls get the new phone set up. My kids are happy with their phones and I know they aren't being shown anything they shouldn't. I'm able to set contacts that are allowed and not worry anymore. I can set and adjust daily limits on anything I wish. It's the best phone for this! I've tried them all.

The description insinuates that this easy set-up and use. I followed all the direction and the stupid phone still doesn’t work, it keeps wanting me to scan a QR code for parent activation, which I have done 20 times, my phone shows it as working, but the darn thing still doesn’t work. Can’t make calls on or text or anything, even after getting an email saying it was activated and ready for use. Tried calling customer support and guess what, they’re closed until Monday. Only open banker hours, oh wait, my bank is open on Saturdays!!! Complete waste of money, and not EASY as described.**Upgraded to 4 stars. Customer support reached out to me afterwards, and offered to send me another phone (discounted) and told me there have been a very small percentage of phone that have experienced the issue I had. The new phone arrived and set-up was easy as described, I was just unlucky with the first phone I received.With that being said I’m hesitant to give 5-stars because the entire situation was a pain, (they did make it right in the end), but also the lack of customer support on the weekend.Once everything is working and set-up tho, it appears to be a great option for my 12 year old son, and it gives me piece of mind.

Phones are really nice. Had a bit of trouble connecting but customer service and techs are great handled my issue and followed up. My grandchildren will be so happy. Shamin, the rep, was awesome! The phones are fast and functions as well as the Samsung galaxy models. The phone packages prices are reasonable as well.
