Simple and effective solution for scratchy little ones. The unique double layer mitts with a smooth silk outer layer ensure that damage caused by scratching and rubbing is minimized. The cardigan design ensures that ScratchSleeves are easy to put on and stay firmly in place without the need for fiddly fastening, which can also be used for scratching. Loose fitting sleeves ensure that babies stay cool and sensitive skin on hands and arms is not irritated. Originally designed for babies and kids with eczema, ScratchSleeves are also effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including chicken pox, cradle cap, ear pulling, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking, nail-biting and even hair pulling. “ScratchSleeves are brilliant! We can now relax knowing our 5 month old daughter isn't scratching her eczema until she bleeds when she's asleep or in the car. What a difference your product has made to our lives. Thank you!” – Lindsay Review: Works - Ideally I would give it 4.5 stars. Model with the Velcro probably works better. This one has to be worn under a onesie or long sleeve pj otherwise it comes off right away. But it sure stops my eczema baby going to town on her face and scalp.. Review: Work well, for is a bit larger than size - These no scratch sleeves work well but fit a little too big for the size that I bought. I still used them because I needed to give my little one some much needed relief from the itching due to allergy/dermititis issues. I've washed them a couple times now and they are made well and the fabric is comfortable. I myself suffer with severe but controlled eczema and the material to me seems comfortable to wear.

One mitten was sewed incorrectly
One mitten was sewed incorrectly the soft side was inside and the rough side outside. I have to take it to the tailor to fix it. Other than that, it was a good product my baby can’t take it off easily like other mittens.

A Lifesaver for Eczema-Prone Babies!
My little one has moderate eczema and tends to scratch herself, especially during naps and overnight. These sleeves have truly been a game changer. The fabric is thick, soft, and breathable—not flimsy at all. It feels gentle against her sensitive skin, yet sturdy enough to stop her from hurting herself during flare-ups. I’ve washed them several times and they’ve held up beautifully without losing shape or softness. What I appreciate most is how effective they are at keeping her hands away from her face, without making her uncomfortable. She still has freedom of movement, but the sleeves stay in place and do their job. Bonus: They don’t look overly medical or bulky, so she still looks cute in them! If your baby struggles with scratching due to eczema or sensitive skin, these are absolutely worth it. Peace of mind for me, and relief for her.

An actual useful product
My son has really bad eczema and scratches himself until he bleeds. I was really annoyed that I had to buy a $20 cardigan with attached mitts to prevent the scratching but honestly it is the best money I’ve ever spent on such a (at first glance) ridiculous product. I only really put this on him at night, and if he’s having a really bad break out will keep it on during the day. I do put this on and then put his one piece zip pajama over it. I see some pictures where parents are just throwing the cardigan on the child and then saying the child is able to take off. Of course they’re taking it off, it looks kinda annoying to wear. So a few tips. Buy more then one, it really is worth the money but kids are kids and it will get gross quick. Put it on first and then put a T-shirt/long sleeve shirt/onesie/whatever over it so that the child cannot easily remove it. We co-sleep sometimes and before buying this I would be up all night stopping him from scratching, now I’m up just making sure he doesn’t fall of the bed. But he’s sleeping through the night so I’m happy.
