One of the best natural vitamin b complex I’ve taken so far. With an abudance of natural organic ingredients. No synthetic fillers. Very gentle on the stomach too. I am an active older man cycling, weight lifting and a good diet, I still know the importance of energy levels for cell repair as we all age. It can be hard trying to found the right supplement out there that is in its most natural form. Also being methylated the added Choline, Inositol and CoC10 are very rare in other quality vitamins. Yes I do eat very healthy again getting your diet right first is important. No good supplementing with vitamins if diet is weak in nutrition. Me personally it does more harm. However being an active older man who exercises regularly with an very active job that can become stressful. I know one as to look after their mind too, however it starts from within the gut. I already eat good quality nutritious foods making sure I get the optimum energy out of what I eat by supplementing with this formula. I don’t take everyday around 3-4 times a week in cycles. These are very potent mind you. Since taking this brand my mental focus and energy levels have increased. I know if I skip taking b vitamins after a few days. For example I squat and deadlift quite heavy. I know when I feel fatigue before and after. You definitely can tell the difference when body and mind feels sluggish. That is why I know bvits are important. I was a skeptical person and thought all was a fad. I am still skeptical of certain vitamins. Not bvits whatsoever very important for ones health. As getting older and still an active person I know I do need to supplement right with a good balanced diet for optimum performance and mental clarity. This brand is all plant based and is beneficial for my wife. It really does support her hormonal balances making her skin, eyes and hair healthy looking and glowing. For energy conversion and cell repair in older people natural b. Vitamins are a must. Very happy with this quality brand and as I have already researched. This is the third in the Naturelo range of products that we are using and for good reason. I wanted a B Complex supplement that was more natural and covered the whole range of B vits. I'm really happy with this and will keep using it on an indefinite basis to bolster my B vitamin levels. I'm also getting my husband to take them.

I have been buying Naturelo products for a while now and I love them. I love this vitamin B complex as is made from natural sources which is sometimes hard to find it with this high quality. I find it to give me a lot more energy. i have try also other products from Naturelo and I haven't been disappointed yet.

I like that this product its made from organic fruits and vegetables. Easy to swallow and has a nice flavour. I use this product as a dietary supplement. I like everything about this product really. And its just one a day so it will last for a few months.

So if I'm showing my face for this product is because I really trust it, and I will tell you why. I have been a gym rat for about 20 years, I'm 37, I have tried all kind of supplements, you name them, even the multi vitamin from this brand. I have a mild allergy to wheat and oats, which I discovered some years ago and I know something was going wrong. Every time I eat wheat or oats I feel like I have the flu for a week and also feel very depressive and low on energy. I know I have some problem with nutrient absorption in my gut. Using the multivitamin from this company didn't make a big change, but one day my wife ordered this B complex by mistake thinking it was the vitamins. I started taking it just because we had it and noticed a big, mean big improvement in energy and focus, also my depression problems didn't bother me, all the opposite, I have been feeling hopefull, like wishing to do things and very optimistic every day, and I wake up at 7, study, go to the gym, cook, go to work and come home at midnight every day. I stopped taking these for a week and I felt not so good again, started again and felt fine, so it must be these ones. Maybe it is just me and a malabsorption of vitamins or it is the blend they put into these pills, but without any caffeine in my diet, low on sugar, and a lot of excercise I'm feeling great, so this is my second bottle and I will continue taking these as they only gave good results, no side effects besides a strong pee, but that is natural effect and shows my body is taking and circulating these vitamins. Also they bring a fruit and veg blend and CoQ10, vegan, no gluten, no soy, no gmo, no coloring, no preservatives and no flavoring. This is a company that I trust and am a returning customer. The ingredients are methylated for people who have the MTHFR gene, an ingredient has been pre-converted into its active form so our body doesn't have to work to process it. People with the gene MTHFR struggle to convert synthetic vitamins into usable forms. Methylated supplements bypass this issue. My blood work came back that I was needing B Vitamins, so I choose these. These are a small capsule which is easily swallowed. I take this after dinner and have no side effects or stomach issues. I am seeing results in my energy level, however I believe it takes longer for some of us to feel the effects. I am well pleased and will purchase again. Came well packaged in a timely manner.
