I was in doubt before buying this Indus Valley kadai but it's value for money buy. Kadai is heavy and good build quality. People should keep in mind that it is made of iron so have to take extra precaution. You cant expect easy maintenance in iron utensils. Tips dry your kadai as soon as you wash it. Transfer you cooked food to other utensil to avoid iron taste but cant avoid it fully. Do regular seasoning.

Defective product it is Rust observed in the kadai. Poor Quality product

I have used cast iron products before and I know that initially we need to maintain it by drying it and applying heat and oil after every wash . But this one's so prone to rust that it still rusts the same after months of maintenance. Maintaining it has become like maintaining common iron kadai.

Super smooth and good for health. Little bit heavy but looks durable.
