Superb product
I take quite a few medications that mean constipation has been a way of life for several years. I’ve tried all sorts including herbal and chemical. This is all plant based and unbelievably effective. Not cheap but oh my word it is money very well speny!

Gentler than anything else i have ever tried
Shame that even this gave me abdominal cramps. Unpredictable so awkward to live with abdominal cramps, no matter how mild. So finally given in and using Microlax enemas, not totally cramp free but at least i can plan when to use one and when it will be uncomfortable. Plus its not very long. Often still working the following morning. Two a week is fine for me.

These work very effectively overnight without any cramping or discomfort. I use when traveling for that initial need, just one usually does the trick. If not, I take 2 the next night and for sure it works for me.
