It’s hard to review. I take this because a study says low doses of lithium prevents Alzheimer’s. I have no way of knowing it works, but I figure a small dose like this can’t hurt. This is not medical advice!

Happy I tried it.
Lithium orotate is one part of my brain health regimen. I’m on my second bottle and can tell an improvement. Works synergistically with other supplements. Do some research, there has been clinical studies done with this supplement.

Capsules Smelled Off
I ordered these last August. I took a few but the capsules had a weird, off odor / smell that was unlike any prescription drug or over-the-counter capsules I'd ever bought before. I threw the rest out and looked for a different brand.

Low-dose lithium is supposed to be good for the brain, especially when taken with vitamin D. I've seen it definitely stabilized several friends.

This product ABSOLUTELY helps you remain more relaxed. It helps neurons be less overly excitable. VERY good if you are very anger-prone. 1 to 3 capsules before bed. WARNING: May slightly blunt creativity if used excessively.
