This is very effective
I have been taking this product for 3 months and have lost 12 pounds and dropped my A1C from 7.4 to 6.6. I take two capsules in the morning and one at lunch. It definitely suppressed my appetite, increased my metabolism and lowered my blood sugar. I did have a slight headache for the first week of taking it and if I took a capsule at night it would cause restless sleep. Other than that, I am amazed by the results.

Take with honey1tsp cinnamon 1/2tsp turmeric reversatrol1capsule. And you can forget metformin. At least it did for me. It may not work for others more severe.

Balances my blood sugar
I’m usually skeptical when it comes to supplements since the effects could vary from person to person. But for me, this works a great deal, I take two pills before or after a meal. I usually gets sleepy after a meal, this product helps me digest the food. I don’t feel as bloated and sleepy. There’s a small percentage of coQ10 so it helps with your heart health. I also notice it helps with fat burning as well. I’m in my 50s, at least during the two months I took it, I haven’t had weight gain like the previous months before.

No es un producto mágico, debemos tener una dieta saludable si tenemos problemas de azúcar. Este producto ayuda a mantener nuestros niveles de azúcar adecuados siempre y cuando cuidemos lo que consumimos. De vez en cuando me doy un gusto al comer algo que tiene o eleva el azúcar pero este producto me ayuda a que cuando como algo que me puede alterar mis niveles glucosa esta se mantiene equilibrada. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
