Retro Aviator Steampunk Polarized Sunglasses with Leather Side Shield Vintage Goggles Gothic Eyewear for Men Women

Bought 53mm version. Fits great: both me and my wife. Looks nice: imho Protects from UV: if we can trust a home test with a black light. Good price: I will not be too disappointed if I ruin them in a field. Will see how they suits for a fieldwork at mountains.

I work in Antarctica for part of the year, during the summer season there. There is 24-hour sun and at least for a while, a lot of snow cover. I got these because they are polarized and have the side shields, but also look good. Wore them all season and got lots of compliments. I have a small head and they fit me fine, but more normally-sized friends tried them on and they seemed to work for them, too. I debated getting them in another color, but decided that since these are still working great, I can't justify another pair yet. I'm glad they don't have a mirrored finish; the volcanic dust would have trashed it. They will look better and last longer without a mirrored finish.

Fits well and feel like a quality pair

The quality and fit are okay for the price. The price is cheap compared to a real brand-name version. The primary feature of the glare shields is to block excessive glare at the sides but are made of a synthetic material, possibly polyurethane. As such, they are less flexible than leather or cloth. This stiffness pressed into the soft skin around my eyes and left red crease marks, making them uncomfortable after a short period of time. It blocked glare well, but they are not practical. I will be creating a soft, cloth replacement with a sewing machine, because I like the idea, just not the application of materials. Real versions are available if you want to spend over a thousand dollars.

I have a smallish head and even these are too small for me. Side shields and nose shield is good. Made out of cheap piano plastic. Wish it would have been made out of something less rigid and fragile

Words cannot Express how excited I am about finding this product on Amazon. I have an immune illness that affects my eyesight, which has caused me to lose my eyesight for 3 months. After surgery I was able to see again.However I still have complications involing my sight, due to the illness. One of the worst complocations is having light sensitivity... being out in the Sun, or regular lighting hrom the brightness of a smartphone is a problem. I'm still a younger man, so when I had to pick out a pair of shades to wear...A DIRECT SUMBEAM WOULD SHOOT DIRECTLY THROUGH THE SIDES OF THE 😎 SHADES THAT I HAD ON!😡. Totally defeating the purpose of wearing shades,or blacked out shades period. These shades are so cool and unique by blocking out the sides of the shades from the sun. It helps me move along in the world. I did not want to look like an old man with those huge clunky shades that the elderly wears. One year has passed. Still rocking them. Still looking good. Oversized a bit but, definitely understand why. These seem to be more of a glacier/ desert type design. Not entirely steampunk as that style is more late 1800- early 1900 and a lot smaller. I live in south Florida near the Everglades. Yeah, sunny, hot and sweaty. Rain- Hurricanes. These definitely help keeping the elements out of my eyes while looking very stylish. Tough hard plastics and nice side guards. I’ve driven with these and the sides do not affect my peripheral vision. Another review says it does. To me it doesn’t. Just look to the left and right as you normally do. You don’t have to break your neck to do so. The front lenses are large as to not create tunnel vision. I have ridden motorcycles and convertible cars with these. No problems with the wind or eye wetting. Definitely keeps the insects from eye impacts. I have the brown ones. Going to get off the fence and buy the black ones.

I bought these for my 9yr old autistic son. He has vitiligo that has spread around both eyes, leaving no pigmentation and needing more side protection from the sun. I wasn’t sure if he’d wear them, but I’m pleasantly surprised he wears them with no issues! I’m an absolutely thrilled with these sun glasses! These are super duper comfortable, provide the great eye protection he needs from the sun, fit quite nicely and very good quality. We also tried the FEISEDY Polarized Aviator Sunglasses, but prefer these over the FEISEDY. These are much more comfortable and a better fit. We will be buying a couple of backup pairs of these for sure. I would definitely recommend these sun glasses!!

Nothing impressive but they do the job. Plastic could be better, should be better for the price. Leather is imitation. Funcionan, son polarizados, pero el plástico podría mejor por el precio. la piel es imitación..

Awesome quality and such a great price. They're very sturdy and block the sun and UV rays. I highly recommend them. Update: right after posting this positive review, the left temple broke off. Will be returning them.
