Arrived smashed to pieces
This was a gift for a family member in the UK. I live in Australia- Hence the Aussie mug purchased. Arrived smashed to pieces, my family member was very disappointed and could not believe that no care was taken to get the item to its destination in one piece. Unfortunately the broken mug was binned so I can’t return it or get a refund. Won’t be buying from here again…..
