The U by Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Pads with Wings in regular absorbency are perfect for daily protection. They’re slim and comfortable, so I barely notice I’m wearing them, yet they’re still very absorbent and reliable for regular flow days. The wings hold the pad in place really well, which prevents shifting and makes them feel secure even on busy days. I also like that they’re unscented, which keeps things irritation-free and more natural. With 50 pads in the box, it’s a great value and lasts a while. If you want pads that are lightweight, discreet, and dependable, these are definitely worth it.

I’ve tried many pads that made my menstrual cramps worse or left me feeling uncomfortable partway through the day. A few months ago I bought these U by Kotex Balance Ultra Thin Pads (Regular Absorbency) and used them during my cycle. Right away I noticed they were cheaper than many others, but the quality surprised me. The wings stayed in place, there was no weird bunching, and I didn’t feel like the pad was adding pressure or discomfort. I even noticed fewer cramps — which surprised me because I assumed it was just my flow. These pads are dermatologically tested and made without harsh ingredients like fragrances, lotions, natural rubber latex or elemental chlorine. What I love: Reliable absorption and thin design that doesn’t bulk up Comfortable fit with wings that prevent gaps or leaks Affordable price without compromising comfort If you’ve been using pads that seem to make things worse or just aren’t comfortable, give this one a try. I’ll be buying again for sure.

Works as they should! Only pads I use. Every now and then I get one where the wings don’t stick as great but that might even just be due to underwear material? So I still give 5 stars just in case

These are incredibly comfortable and breathable. The surface is super soft against the skin, and the absorbency is impressive—no leaks and no stuffy feeling at all. I really love how fresh they keep me feeling. Highly recommended!
