I tested it with cream eyeshadow and powder eyeshadow on a hot day. I layered two colors and it lasted all day. My eye pencil under my eyes stayed put. It dries down fast, easy to apply on your eyelids and under your eye. It’s not sticky at all and blends nicely. A little goes a long way. I would compare this to Fenty Beauty’s eyeshadow primer which is $22.00. No eye irritation whatsoever.
