Do the cutters have theIr sizes labeled on each of them?

No not individually. They do come in a nice metal can with the sizes of each cutter labeled in CM/Inches and a design on the can that can be used to identify the size.

Do it have dough scraper?

It does not include a dough scraper.

Can it be baked in oven?

Not sure of this answer nor am I sure as to WHY you would want to bake something in one of these cookie cutters. But these are made out of Stainless Steel so they should work in an oven, but I am not sure if they will warp in the heat. I am trying to imagine why you would want to bake something in these in an oven as the largest ring is still only 4.4 Inches / 11.3 cm. There is no bottom to these either. They are just a ring of steel with a rolled edge on top. They are well made and do not flex or bend easily, but that doesn't mean that they CAN'T be done.
