I was super excited to find this unit as I has been looking for a washer that was compact with hose management that would make using it easier when it came time to put it away. For $350 I was hoping for some bit more sturdy feeling. First impression after using was that the stated psi wasn't anywhere near advertised, but it seemed to perform well enough for my purpose (washing my vehicle and some light cleaning of my porch). Installed May 20th and on June 29, the unit started making a horrific high-pitch noise when operating. Starts about 30 seconds into using it. My video would be longer, but as the noise crescendos, a horrible burning electrical smell comes from the unit and I have to turn it off. Unfortunately since the unit is past Amazons 30 day return window, I contacted the manufacturer. They did get back to me within 2 days, asking me to describe the issue and send a short video. That's pretty standard and I provided the information along with my receipt etc. The response I received was gibberish, calling the noise normal and "caused by the motor's wind blades on the motor cooling wind noise, as well as the vibration of the motor pump caused by vibration noise" and they offered me $30 to go away. So be vary wary of paying this kind of money to a No-Name company. You will likely find they are only interested in moving product and not at all interested in standing behind them. As a comparison, my 12 year old Harbor Freight electric washer has the same build quality, and feels like the same output. Caveat Emptor.

I bought this pressure washer 21 months ago and it is still working great. I mounted it to an exterior wall near my garage door and it is always powered and always has a water supply (when it's above freezing). It is extremely convenient for washing/rinsing vehicles, yard equipment, or anything else that needs a quick/convenient pressure wash. On average I use it approximately once per week and the only issue it has is the retraction mechanism that moves horizontally while the hose automatically retracts. That mechanism sometimes stops moving and then the hose winds around the drum in one spot eventually causing a jam. It is a minor problem. I would definitely buy this pressure washer again. It is extremely convenient to have an always-ready pressure washer. It is fairly loud so I use ear plugs while using it. I'm going to offer a very subjective estimate that it has about half the power (pressure & flow) as my 3.5HP Honda-powered gasoline pressure washer but for what I use it for, the power is sufficient.

Worked so great and 2 days after warranty runs out it completely dies. Giraffe completely avoided my emails, very disappointed. Poor customer service.

Decent design , however the pressure and water volume is very poor. We bought it for rinsing the bugs off the vehicles when we arrive at the lake. Not what I expected … next time I would look for something with more pressure and water volume Just over all disappointing

Loved my GT pressure washer for the first couple months of use! After a couple months the unit started “wurring” sounds and eventually smoked out and the electric motor just stopped. I emailed GT to see about a replacement and no response has been made and it’s been over a month.

I use this solely for my garage to clean vehicle. I have used it for approx. 15 car washes. Not often at all. It no longer turns on. I have tried everything and the pump no longer turns on. It’s not plugged, electrical ok, just stopped working. Should be more reliable than that. 🤷‍♂️
