I'm so glad I found this collagen in capsules! I started taking collagen about 6-8 years ago, and I've tried various brands, but never found one that didn't have a little aftertaste or smell. I'm a real baby when it comes to drinking something with a smell or taste that I don't care for. Not to mention dealing with mixing it in something if you are on the go. The capsules have taken the parts I didn't like away, so now I conveniently take my collagen every morning. I can tell it's effective because my nails and my hair are both growing stronger and faster. If you can relate to me, I suggest giving these a try! 3 capsules a day, and I see a difference, and I feel better! I have these on subscription so I don't run out. I waited for a month of taking this collagen to evaluate what it does. I originally purchased collagen on recommendation from physical therapist to strengthen post operative tendons in my ankle. I first noticed that my toenails had changed from dry, whitish to normal pink and healthy looking, my fingernails stronger and my hair healthier as well. Within the month my ankle has made substantial improvement. I have been in PT and on program for some time so expected improvement however the ankle is mobilizing noticibly better with this collagen . I just began the second month of taking so am looking forward to continued improvement. I do take all 3 capsules at one time - they are easy to swallow and have had no adverse GI or other effects. I have recommended this product to others as a result of my successful outcome. I am reviewing again because I changed to another product with 1-3, 5 and 10 in a scoop to add to my shakology in the am. For reasons that may be other than change in product, nails and hair have detererioted over past months. I elected to reorder this product that arrived to my metal mailbox in 90+ degree heat and concerned that product was affected. Codeage IMMEDIATELY responded to replenish the order. I had seen lots of people say the issues with brittle hair, and dull skin is lack of collagen. My skin is very sensitive, and topical creams and etc tend to break me out, so I decided to try these. Honestly it has been a life saver with my acne. See my pics below. Within weeks my hair was growing fast at the root I didn’t take many pics of my hair bc I’m not straightening it for a while so I can’t show the difference when it’s wavy. My skin began to clear drastically, but also my fake nails needed filled quickly bc my real nails grew so fast. Also noticed a major difference in how long my lashes were. I originally got this for better looking skin and long hair. However, my hormones were definitely affected by this. Most of my acne was on my chin which is indicator it’s hormonal and it was clearing up. My period was less severe cramping and bleeding, but my hormones were adjusting so it came very late, and had some spotting beforehand when taking these pills. My eye lashes grew longer than before however so did all other body hair, just have to keep up with it. My appetite decreased and I noticed I was losing weight. Checked the bottle and apparently it helps with that too, added bonus I guess. I really like that it’s all natural, non gmo, organic ingredients because I am very sensitive to medications, and supplements in general so other than my hormones being a little out of whack I had no problems with this product. It’s intended to be taken 3 times daily, but I take it twice a day once in morning, once at night. It’s supposed to help with regulating better sleep, but I suffer from insomnia so I didn’t notice that too too much. My main complaint for this product is when my body was first getting used to it my anxiety was a little out of control. But now that I’m used to it, I can take it with no sort of emotional or mental problems. I’ve had friends asking about my skin and hair, and I have referred this to them. I’d like to start taking 3 times a day. But I feel I get so much more use, using only twice a day. I love this. I’ve been taking it for about a month and have already seen a significant difference in my hair, weight and Skin!

With 90 capsules per bottle at 3 capsules per day each bottle is a 30-day supply. The capsules are white and about one inch length per capsule. The Ashwagandha helps immensely with relaxation and increases natural testosterone production as well as improves the efficacy of the peptides. Upon first day dose I am already noticing an improvement in my mood and relief of any anxiety. Research shows after 57 days, skin will have more elasticity and glow and hair will have more illustrious shine. Looking forward to how this helps me in the long run. OMG! I have used these capsules about a month and a half, following the recommended amount per day. What I have noticed is an unbelievable improvement in the natural furrows from nose to outer edges of lips. GONE! They have filled in and my face is MUCH, MUCH younger looking. As well, the lines from the outer lips downward to the bottom of the chin (marionette lines?) are almost gone. Before taking this supplement, I was already on a good supplement routine but I caught my face, makeup-free in front of a 10X mirror. WHAT HORRID FURROW LINES! I looked sooooooo tired and worn out (well, yes, I was and had a right to be, but that's beside the fact) and was truly startled at my reflection as my skin is GREAT, but the FACE soooooo old! The improvement has been right at 90 percent, I'd say. Those haggard, tired, dragging DOWN furrows are all but gone. Still working a bit on the lines from the corners of the mouth downward, but the ones from nose to lips are GONE completely. COMPLETELY! The depths have been evened out and plumped back out like when I was twenty and, hey, I'm sixty-nine! THIS product is the BEST beauty supplement I have EVER come across and I have always bought the best on the market, period. Reasons I ordered this product: I suffer a wide variety of conditions that benefit from collagen supplementation. This is one of the few products that contains collagen I, II, III, IV and V. It comes in easy-to-swallow capsules. I ordered this product because I was interested in taking a product that had all types of collagen in it. I tried a liquid collagen product but it came in individual servings in plastic tubes that were messy and I didn't like the excessive plastic packaging. I couldn't find a sugar-free gummy collagen that matched the ingredients in this product. I have to watch carbohydrate counts and sugars when I take supplements. This product is a powder that comes in easy-to-swallow capsules. The recommended dosage is three capsules a day (or more if desired.) The capsules are easily swallowed and are tasteless. I have not experienced any upset stomach or digestive problems using this product. It's too soon for me to say for certain I am benefiting from taking this product as I have not yet finished my first bottle but I will be re-ordering it. I suffer from right hip degeneration and arthritis, as well as dry skin and brittle nails. I believe all of these conditions are improving and will continue using this product until I repeat my laboratory and imaging studies to verify improvement in my existing conditions. I believe that the product is a good value and would recommend it to anyone interested in taking a comprehensive collagen supplement.

I started taking these instead of some collagen powder I used to put in my smoothies because it has more absorbable types of collagen. Since I am pregnant I double checked with a doctor and got the go ahead. In the past month I noticed that the skin on my belly looks better. Fewer signs of stretching and thankfully no actual stretch marks to date and I am at 25 weeks! This is my favourite collagen supplement I have tried yet.

What an amazing product. My cousin told me about dr ax collagen and i looked into ordering it so i came accross codeage after reading the ingredients and checking their website i decided to order it. I couldn't be happier with this product. I am doing a keto diet and been reading up on collagen for a while and what they are offering is a very good quality. I bout for me and my mom who is suffering from artheritis and we both agree that this pill is magic. The only downside is 3 a day part. But we both have seen a huge difference and recommending this product.

Maybe it's too soon to tell but I've been taking 2 pills a day for about 2 weeks now and I'm PRETTY sure I can see a slight difference in the cellulite and sagginess of my skin. I also have a bit of new hair growth on my head, when I've struggled with thinning hair for years. I will continue to take this and update if anything changes.
