Well made for young scientists
This is a fun kit to do with my 8 year old. My kid can do a decent amount of the experiments independently. Granted I can’t leave her alone to her own devices because of boiling water and such, but she can be the scientist without me having to hover over her. This is a cool kit and I plan to get the candy making kit too.

Highly recommended! This kid has so many things to do. The creativity is endless
My 9-year-old granddaughter and I had so much fun making homemade gummies and chocolate candies with this kit! There are 40 experiments to do! Some items are not included in the Kit like chocolate melting chips, food coloring, and soda are not included to do experiments, but they are inexpensive items to buy or may already be in your kitchen. This kid is wonderful for kids to experience science, learning how to measure, cook and fill molds. The experiments are not messy, especially if you clean up as you go. Adult supervision of course is needed for the microwave. I am impressed with this kit, it's definitely a good value. The creativity and imagination is endless. I had just as much fun as she did. Highly recommended.

Good
Its pretty cute and have a lot of activities, I do recommend buying your own products to do the experiments because what they provided doesn't taste to good.

Great gift
My daughter loved all the experiments. The gummies were her favorite. Especially with the citric acid to make em sour

WHAT A SHAM
I pain $45 for this to arrive AFTER Christmas, and if I had seen the contents in person, I would have been willing to pay $5 for the supplies, and maaaaybe $5 for the glossy booklet. The booklet should have been an actual hard cover cookbook with the price we paid, and it should have come with at LEAST candy molds so you can cool one while you make another. The kit doesn't include other ingredients needed for "over 40 experiments" as advertised. You have to have a microwave and heat candy in the provided plastic cup which is just poisonous. it should have included a silicone mixing cup like some I have for epoxy projects - and pon that note, I also have bought candy molds at the craft store and they were only $1. It would not hurt their bottom line to include several of these, and more of the other items. I'm not returning this because my son is unfortunately excited about it, but this is an absolute RIPOFF and I am very angry.

Educational and Fun
So far my son and I love this. We only did one science experiment so far, but there is so much more to do. I didn't realize this had science experiments and so many activities. Much more than just making candy. Its educational and fun. Definitely worth the money.
