I have a small beagle/chihuahua mix dog who is 16 years old. She used to get lots of fleas from playing with some neighborhood cats who liked to jump the fence and be in our backyard. This treatment has been a lifesaver for her. She likes the flavor and now she is not scratching herself and going crazy because of fleas. Her wounds she had from scratching and flea bites are all gone too! We had tried so many other things to get rid the fleas but nothing worked like this! I would buy these again and again in a heartbeat.

This works really good, but it does only last the duration of use. If you can’t eliminate the fleas in the yard or any carpeting you might have it doesn’t last.

I bought this years ago and it worked perfect this time around it didn’t seem to help them as much. I think it’s the area I’m in! Super prone to fleas ig. But the itching isn’t as bad. Before they were scratching so bad they were cutting their skin and bleeding, I’d find red marks in their skin!! Super sad. So it tried this ofc with a flea and tick bath and everything. They got a little better definitely not scratching as hard and bad but still seem to be itchy front bites. (I know it’s fleas bc these mfs have bit me too on my face while I’ve let my dogs sleep on the bed with me) Gigi the white dog doesn’t seem to like the flavor of this at all! Very hard to get her to take the chews - maybe that’s why it didn’t work as well. The smaller pup princess didn’t like the taste at first but once i put it in her mouth she enjoyed it so 🤷🏽‍♀️ i think the taste is okay.

Imidacloprid is an insecticide and has been reported to have caused serious side effects in 100's of thousands of dogs & cats and even death is a few thousand. We had a flea problem that we couldn't get under control so, I found this product on Amazon and thought it would be our answer. No it wasn't, it was the beginning of an expensive nightmare. Our mini doxie became lethargic, was drooling excessively, ran a fever, could hardly walk, had labored breathing and seemed to have limited eye sight. A trip to the emergency vet was necessary and to our surprise it was all because of Advantus. I am not writing this review against the seller, I just want people to have some knowledge before giving this to your furry friend. Would you take an insecticide? No, then please please find another solution to the problem. Trust me they are out there, but just not a quick fix like this says it is (Google Bug Off Garlic for Dogs ). Please learn from me to do the research before making this purchase and Google Imidacloprid Toxicity in Dogs. Hope this helps save a pets life.
