Our branded DPC injection cream for the treatment of rising damp. DryFix DPC damp proofing injection cream is a Silane based chemical cream that is easy to apply without the need for specialist equipment. The Silane cream works by migrating through the mortar bed once injected through a series of pre-drilled holes. Moisture within the mortar triggers the resin carried within the cream to create a pore liner within the mortar. Once fully cured, a new, fully formed damp proof course becomes effective. This product is suitable for cavity and solid brick walls. Stone and rubble filled walls. For best results, this product should be applied in accordance with the British Standard ‘Code of Practice for Installation of Chemical Damp Proof Courses’ BS 6576 (2005). Contaminated plaster should be removed and the walls re-plastered to an appropriate re-plastering specification. Call Alliance Remedial Supplies for advice on this.
