Clunky and difficult to manage .

Cluncky and difficult to manage .Not fully described on the website. Item returned unopened apart from the outer packaging . But I’m not getting my full refund as I’m required to pay £15.00 for the collection and courier service . It’s been a week now and no sign of the refund even after prompting the seller.
