Can i purchase a replacement mic?

Within two months of purchase, mic stopped working. Has anyone had this issue? Is there a fix or did I receive a faulty headset?

Photo shows mini cable to connect device to the headset, yet actual item plugs into the headset w unique version of usbc. how to replace bad cable??
