Following on from the cataclysmic finale of Evangelion 2.22: You Can (Not) Advance, the third film takes the Evangelion storyline in a startling new direction. With its heady mix of cutting-edge animation spectacular giant robot action, heightened emotion and deep philosophy, Evangelion 3.33: You Can (Not) Redo is an absolute must see experience! Review: Confusing but spectacular - This third 'Rebuild of Evangelion' film sees the story go in a different direction to that of the original series as the action skips forward fifteen years after the events of the previous film with an unaged Shinji waking up to a world drastically changed by his actions. This is a very entertaining film that has an interesting plot that should also surprise fans of the original series as much as people new to the franchise. Despite this, I do feel that some familiarity with the wider franchise’s lore helps understand some of what is going on because, as with the previous films, some of the core concepts and events get relatively little explanation that could confuse those new to Evangelion. Mira could still do with a little more development as well as she still seems like little more than a battle hungry thrill seeker. On the plus side, I did like the Rei in this film as it did feel like she was slowly developing into a full character by the end. The animation of this third film remains as great as the rest of the Rebuild series with some great fights and beautiful scenery. The designs of the various Eva, and other machines, in the film were also good, particularly the AAA Wunder and the scythe-wielding Unit 09. The DVD includes both the English and Japanese audio tracks, as well as a number of special features that I haven’t got around to watch yet. This is probably my favourite of the 'Rebuild' series that I have watched so far and is well worth around four and a half stars. I really liked the original series, platinum version, its mix of existential angst, moral philosophy and mecha mayhem were fantastic. This rebuild has been good in parts and dreadful in equal measure. The character rewrites and uneven tone threw me. Fourteen years after forcing his son to bring about the third impact Shinji awakens to a changed world. It's an uneven film, fans of the franchise will love the lore and mystical elements present in the first 40 minutes, the ending feels like fan service and mecha mayhem thrown in to keep things moving. Shinji self-hatred still stains the development, he's still exceptionally whiny, but at least it's short lived. The plot asks more questions which the final part will find hard to answer if someone doesn't reign in the messy exposition and choose a direction for the film to follow. I liked it, but it won't be everyone's idea of what Evangelion should be.

Good film. Mind bending. Not much else.
This is going to be a review of the case and extra content because I assume that, if you are thinking about buying this show, you've already seen it and have decided you liked it enough to purchase the physical copy. The case is nothing special. Holds the discs and has nice artwork, can't ask for much else. It does have some extra feature but nothing that is interesting. It's going cheap at the moment so worth getting it you like the film.

Evangelion en estado puro... con todo lo que eso supone...
Le he puesto 5 estrellas por su animación y su calidad de dibujo. Porque respecto al argumento, sigue siendo tan liosa y enrevesada como las anteriores y la serie. Además, pensaba que esta tercera parte cerraría la serie de películas, pero no es así... Me veo teniendo 10 blurays de evangelion aparte de la serie original, y las 2 o 3 películas que sacaron después... Recomendada para los fans de la saga.

I am happy with my purchase of Evangelion 3.33. The Item was received on time,and was safely packaged, so I can recommend this seller. The movie itself was amazing. It’s the final installment of the series,and I wasn’t disappointed.The animation was thrilling to watch,and the new characters are great also. This is a great addition to the prequels.

Si te gustó la serie original, esta es la 3 pelicula en la que resumen la serie y la ultima, porque en la proxima se supone ue ya la historia varia respecto a la original. La pelicula tiene una buenisima calidad, y el envio, como siempre, rapido y en perfectas condiciones
