I don't have a griddle, but I have a cast iron that I love and this seasoning worked perfectly. The value for the amount of seasoning you get can't be beat and end result it created is an incredibly well seasoned pan.

I bought this in addition to the cleaning kit for my Blackstone. If you take your time with this it is well worth it. My griddle was in bad shape from sitting for a few years. Had to clean the rust and old grime from it. So when I started using this the griddle was basically a raw piece like new. I used this with four cycles of the seasoning process and the griddle has a perfect coating on it and is ready to use. The proportion is plenty and I still have a lot of it left over.

perfect for getting your new Blackstone Griddle seasoned before regular use. Worked as described and it great for keeping your grill seasoned in-between uses. There are a lot of other options out there to season your grill, but as this is recommended by Blackstone I decided to spend the little extra and use it and I am very happy with the results. after seasoning my grill with 4 applications i have had nothing stick to the surface. from eggs to vegetables, nothing sticks and the grill is easy to clean up after use. i put a small layer on the grill after use while still hot and keeps it in perfect condition for the next use.

very pleased with this product. It might seem a steep price after investing in a hefty sum on a Blackstone cast iron griddle 36 BBQ, but this tub goes a long way and paramount in sealing your plate (3 to 6) times for its first seal to prevent rusting and sticking. You chose a premium BBQ so don't skip out investing in a premium conditioner.

Works as it should. Blackstone still going strong with no signs of wear.
