Obsessed with these! The perfect size. Ingredients are clean and so nutritious. Keeps you full and helps as a good snack. I was afraid of the texture at first but itโs not bad at all!! - kind of like a gummy texture.

Fills the square, but very chewy and hard to bite into. I would not recommend for folks that wear dentures or have less teeth than they were issued earlier in life. Taste is kind of bland, but if you need more protein, this bar is AMAZING.
