There are instructions which you can use or which you can ignore as I do, I mix the masala with yogurt and lemon juice to my own taste and it works fine for me. I use it for a restaurant that I have in Philippines and so far no complaints about the tandoory that we occasionally serve. One point that I would make is that the colour of the mix is very pale and nothing like the red or orange usually seen in UK Indian restaurants kebabs so I do add food colour either red or orange.

How much spice mix do I use for 600g of chicken fillets - in a little yoghurt?

I used 3 good tablespoons in to 400g of yogurt for about 15 skinned and slashed chicken drumsticks, was really good, I followed Chef Simon Hopkinson recipe, delicious 😋

can i use it in curry? It says "barbeque" so not sure....

We use it as a marinade with yogurt- but as it's basically a mix of spices it might be ok in a curry?

Very good for tandoori chicken

My Bengali friend taught me how to use this powder. I mix it with yoghurt, garlic and ginger paste, a bit of lemon juice and some fresh coriander. I leave to marinade overnight and then cook on the bbq or in the air fryer. It’s a strong spice, so a little goes a long way. The powder is very expensive on Amazon, but as I can’t find it anywhere else, I have to buy it on here.

Great value fast delivery

Excellent value for money came in a pouch which I intend to pour it into a storage jar. This made a lovely chicken marinade all I did was to mix some of this into some Greek youghut putting strips of chicken into for a couple of hours. Cooked on the bbq. Lovely I hope you found my feedback helpful.

Trifft den Geschmack für Tikka Masala ganz gut, man muss aber noch andere Gewürze dazu benutzen. Als Basis aber sehr zu gebrauchen und gut im Geschmack. Die Gewürze dieser Marke sind immer gut.
