What a fun game! I bought it for the adult kids and I find that I use it when nobody's around. It's actually a good little baby workout and great for your coordination. The band is super comfortable to wear and I've gotten really good at it. I would say that in my late '50s it's sort of a good exercise for hand-eye coordination. I've gotten pretty quick at it too. Well designed and well made I see that this thing will be able to last for many years. It's also a fun little game when you've got friends over. See how fast you can get when you're using it with the app. The app does the counting for you and you can get into little challenges. Didn't take long before I got my speed up pretty fast. It's good exercise and it's a good party game for some laughs!

I purchased this as a stocking stuffer for my 17-year-old. While the package hasn't been opened yet, waiting inside is the app integration, a headband with strap and the ball. Setup will be effortless as you simply strap the headband on and adjust the string length by wrapping it around the headband to match your reach. The App Integration is the core experience. It uses your phone's microphone or AI driven motion tracking to counts hits in real time. As of late 2025, the app has been updated to include Footboolen features and improved AI for noisy environments. The app includes global leaderboards and a "live Battles" mode where you can compete against others virtually. This is a versatile family activity, and I should have purchased more than one. It is for all ages. It feels like a game, but it provides a cardio workout that helps burn calories and improve concentration. There is a learning curve, and it might be trickier to master for some. It is essentially a ball on a string, but the value found is more in the software-linked competition than the hardware itself. The adjustable headband is made of neoprene with velcro, the ball is made of polyurethane and attached to an elastic with a string, and there is a QR code for the app. It functions as a fun game with fitness benefits, for all ages. As you master the skill you get faster at it and more reps will improve your chances of winning a competition. It seems pretty durable, but time will tell. It is a small, lightweight box, shipping was fast, and I cannot wait for him to open it and try it out.

We love this game. It’s so fun to play, alone or with a group. However, 4 stars as set up is a nightmare. I purchased this version specifically because it was suppose to come with the app license. The QR code I received gave me the error that it had been used before (and looking back, the box I received was damaged and definitely could have been returned). As a result, we were unable to use it until the app could verify our purchase. I had an EXTREMELY disappointed child, it was a birthday gift for our 9 year old and was unusable. I will say it was merely the 24 hours as promised but there has to be a better way. Due to timing of when I started to set up (evening) and actually had access to the app was longer than the promised 1 day (the app didn’t notify me and the email confirmation got buried in my inbox).

I knew my son would love this! He spent a good portion of the day hitting this ball. It took a minute to get into the groove but once he did, he just got more and more consistent. It was a good workout and fun! It seems pretty durable but the string got a knot in it when one of the younger grands tried it. We didn't even think about changing the length of the string which would have helped the littles. Other than that, it was super easy to use and set up. Highly recommend!

I love this thing! It’s so much fun and I will admit that when I first got it I could only hit the ball about three times but yesterday I hit the ball 628 times! Practice practice practice. It really does improve hand eye coordination. And it’s fun to play with other people. Highly recommend. Sidenote… I did also purchase a different brand of similar product, but the other brand was not as good as Boxbollen.

This version is better for beginners than the other ones available. It is soft enough to use at high velocity without hand wraps. The actual hitting takes some practice but you will get good after a few days of use. Keep at it if you are struggling. Other versions offer more durability, difficulty for a cheaper price but hurt my knuckles and require wraps. I still use this when I want a longer more difficult workout but I prefer this version because I can just pick it up and use for 10-20 minutes when I need a break and I can still get a quality cardio workout I like the look of the pink version and red version

I’ll start by saying that the packaging a materials are high quality. The headband has anti slip material inside but it’s not rubbery enough to hurt those with longer hair. The ball is nice and squishy so it doesn’t really hurt when you inevitably get hit with it. The string is long though, so you have to adjust it according to arm reach and there’s no directions for that in the box. I haven’t checked the QR code for that information but it would be better if there was a “quick start” type info pamphlet in the box. I gave it 3 stars because there’s nothing extraordinary about it. It’s a squishy ball on a headband that helps with coordination but I don’t forsee it being a top favorite to play with.

A little bit expensive for what it is, the app does not precisely count your hits (any noise will count). Besides that, it's a fun way to have a little workout and laugh with friends/family.

So much fun. Originally I bought 1 for myself. Then my nephew wanted one and all of his cousins so we ended up with 6 people battling it out online. Fun activity for adults and kids. I'm 51 and love it for the exercise and my 11 year old nephew loves it just as much
